Thank you Roy. I had a surge related failure on a hard drive while on vacation. I am a CPA and the harddrive had the payroll history of the clients i was doing payroll for and had failed backing up for llike 6 months. Called on a Wednesday and had an employee drop it off along with a spare duplicate hard drive for parts as necessary. Roy quoted me a price and told me it would be a 2 day turnaround for a reasonable price. Then he mentioned emergency service which provided overnight service for a very reasonable add on. I picked up a harddrive with my recovered data 24 hours after it was delivered. No BS just good at what he does at about 1/3 of what i had been quoted by other companies in the past.

Never disappointed by my favorite data recovery company. Best customer service in the industry. Have been using for 8 years and am so thankful to have them to turn to. Truly a lifesaver.

I purchased a brand new SD card reader for my laptop, and it ended up corrupting the files on 2 of my SD cards to where it said I couldn't retrieve them. I tried one computer place in Roseville that claims they specialize in data recovery, but was told "your files are corrupt, sorry". I decided to give Konicom a try, and they were able to get me ALL of the files, and it only took a day and a half! I was happy with their service and efficiency. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will definitely be returning
