Not bad... the best deal is on garden pots. Thats where your winning....
The fertilizer & dogfood they carry is a bit of a scam though.... fertilizers marked up 100%+ (from average retail price) just to knock it down 60% & bring it to just below average & make the customer feel like they got a bigger discount than they really did....
The dogfood? Dont even get me started..... diamond naturals usually retails at about $35 for a 40lb bag.... they have it marked at $70.....apply the 60% discount & that puts you at roughly $35... SCORE!! (insert sarcasm)
Customer service? Its decent once your in the store.... but if you call for any stock checks or prices on items, dont expect much help... they refuse to talk to you by phone or chat online & just tell you to come into store...... hope you dont live far away, because the risk of them not having what you want vs the gas your gonna spend to get there (ultimately to do theyre job for them as a retail associate, on your own dime!) Just isnt worth it.....
Its a decent little shop, but if they plan on staying alive & keeping up with all the other liquidation companies in the area.... they have a lot of improvements to make in theyre business model.....
All in all, if you happen to be in the area or you live in the community (south sac), its probably worth stopping by & seeing what they have....if its decorative garden pots your looking for....... check em out. But for everything else, they make it hard to commit to making the trip out there....
My first suggestion would be getting a business line & taking calls for customer service instead of just telling people to "come in & see what we have"

Great place to get your garden needs. Fertilizer, soil, equipment and much, much more! If you live cropping, farming and gardening, go in and visit. You'll be surprised at what they stock and as well as there reasonable prices. Can't forget about the asian gentleman that works there! He has great knowledge of farming tactics and most common preference of master farmers items and styles unlimited. Great suggestion and knowledge that has prevented costly mistakes had I not seek his aid. My mom's crop has improved since first visit and has been the number one choice ever since. I'm reaching out to the community all around that this is a convenient place to visit before going to home Depot which may be a distance away.

I was there roughly around 5:45pm. Im from out of town so i had no clue that the store closed at 6pm. The Lady at the register didnt notify me that the store will be closing soon, and i know she knows that i was there. After roaming the store, i found some stuff and made my way up to the front, She told me that the store is closed already and she had just finished counting her register. I ask her why did she keep a customer inside the store when it is closed? Why didn't she say anything?. She just shrugged it off, kicked me out of the store & offered no apology. Clearly Not ACCEPTABLE! AND HIGHLY UNPROFFESIONAL. If i didn't make my way up to the register, i could've been locked inside the store!? This lady has no Common sense! No sense of acknowledgement. Or she is just STUUUUUPID. I don't know if shes an employee or the owner but she should fire herself! IDIOT!
