        The worsts stay ever!! Very old hotel , I couldn’t sleep the whole night !! With an open window and a crazy wind sound!!!! I got sick!

        Got in after a long drive with my wife and kids. Put a privacy sign on the door to our room and tried to settle in for the night. At around 11 pm, someone from the hotel knocks and then just opens the door. When we complained, front desk said that "sometime happens" here. When I talked to the staff member who opened the door, he said he was going off his "list". When I said why did you open the door with the privacy sign at 11 pm at night, he responded that sometimes the staff forget to take off the privacy sign after someone checks out. Seriously? Their outdated lists and lack of diligence is my problem? If checking in and putting a privacy sign does not let them know we are in the room and want privacy, then what does?
