It started off very very good, and then we decided to have Marcella and maybe with her two kids twice a month/once every 2 weeks. She told me that they will deep clean, touch up on organizing, and change the sheets, and i can always leave them a note with whatever else needed to be done. First two times were okay, but they never touched the bathroom. Note: we always always always keep up with the bathroom and constantly clean it, but not deep professional cleaning. Not once have they touched it. The last 3 times were horrific. I walked in my house still dusty, and i mentioned the cob web to them before and it was never taken care of. One time Marcella pretty much walked out of the house and stated that she was sick. I tried to get a hold of her and her daughter and after many many hours one of them finally got back to me and said that it was too much work and later on Marcella finally texted me back and told me that she wants to charge me $300 instead of $125 per visit. My place isn’t big at all, and the thing is, we actually clear and clean up before they come!!! Last time i made sure i woke up at 5 am before i head to work and their 9 am appointment to literally clean the place for them before they come because as they said it was too much work for them. They already know about my MS and health situation, i literally can’t move sometimes and we had an agreement that yes some days will be more work than the other. And in the very beginning on their very first visit we actually agreed that Alyssa her daughter will come deep clean once a month for $100 but then it changed to once every two weeks with the price that Marcella set which was $125.. i said fine and totally okay with me.
Last time she came over and only did the pantry (note we have a small very small pantry), and that was it!!! For $125?!!! Didn’t remove the dust or cob web or even vacuum!!!! And neither her or her daughter would even reply back texts when i asked if they made it to my house or not. I went home and was definitely very upset about the work they have done or in this case have NOT done as agreed and i respectfully messaged Marcella and Alyssa on Facebook, to my surprise Marcella ended up blocking me! I can always provide pictures and screenshots of the whole thing if i can over here on this post, but there isn’t such option.
I honestly wouldn’t recommend them as i did before. I was hella raving and sending people their way as much as i can, but they have been a huge disappointment Services: Standard clean, Deep clean
