After We Canceled Policy due to prices changing have confirmation of cancellation still was charged for month and sent to collections. Very unprofessional . I am sorry to say but Ayala Robs the Hispanic Population. Found that Other Long Standing Insurance Company had Better Coverage / less money and never wavier on the monthly price . Ashamed I had such experience with YOUR poor Value Company

I have been a return customer of Jaime Ayala Insurance since 2004. When he left Allstate to start his own service, I tracked him down! Every year he successfully helps us stay within our budget for insurance (Home Insurance, Auto Insurance for 2 vehicles, & a Motorhome).  Jaime always comes through! Best customer service and a great guy too!

Jaime is better then the best.!!  He gets you the best insurance for the best rate and is very personable and pleasant to work with.  Been with him for about 4-5 years now!!  Love him and his staff.
