I went to at least six other tile stores before finding Palm, with Kerry assisting us with a big project. The other places I went to had basically sales people just pointing out tiles to choose from. Kerry not only helped with the tile selection and coordination, but with design and all of the details that other places I went to just didn't know how to do; such as borders, edging, grout color selection etc. It was so refreshing to work with Kerry at Palm Design - she is truly a professional designer, as well as being efficient, and demonstrating a friendly and kind demeanor throughout the whole process. I am already thinking of other projects to do now that we found a great designer at a great store! Thank you, Kerry for making our project exactly what we hoped for. I shopped at many local tile stores and this one is the best! Penny helped me put together a cohesive plan for the master bathroom remodel of my dreams. They have so many options including traditional and on trend styles and staff were communicative and helpful with my many questions.

We have been to the store a few times but it looks great now that all the remodeling is done. I have always liked the bright open feel of the store. One thing to really like about the store is that they are open until 4PM on Sat even though others close early or not open at all. For working people, having longer hours on Sat is a godsend since that allows us to visit the store without taking time off from work. Because they were open until 4PM, we decided to go checkout the store for on particular tile we were looking for. We were contacted by one of the sales staff - Kerry - who asked what we were looking for,  showed us a few things and guided us to other things. Then she came back and checked on us and based on the few things that we had picked, she had excellent suggestions and quickly was able to hone on something that would work well for our project. We even looked at a few other things and again she was excellent. We hope that we that particular tile and/or few other things - but the overall experience was top notch - it is experiences like these that prompt you to make sure to write a good review since it is well deserved.
