After rescinding another refinancing offer (which I began on Wednesday, May 13th, 2020-Saturday, July 25th, 2020) from a tumultuous, unprofessional, and deceptive lending company, I feel happy that my mortgage refinancing has finally concluded. Thank you very much to Preet Kalirai and her team(Becky Kreiser and Stacey Wolfe)@CalState Mortgage for expediting and closing my refi loan within three weeks. I am extremely impressed with their expedition, professionalism, and understanding of my expectations.

I have been using Preet as my mortgage lender since 2005. She did all my loans. She is doing my refi as (6/23/2020) at 2.58%, 15 years with Zero closing cost. You can't beat that. Customer service is one of best. I would re command her everyone. Honest and state forward advice
