image Regrettably, my recent stay at this TownPlace Suites was profoundly disappointing, a stark departure from the quality Ive come to expect over the last decade as a Marriott Gold member, with frequent stays across the globe.
The ordeal began when a raucous party next door rudely awakened us at 12:45 AM. Despite promptly alerting the front desk, the disturbance barely subsided before 1:30 AM and continued, albeit less noisily, well past 2 AM. This disruption severely impacted my rest, particularly inconvenient given my early business meeting the following day.
Adding to the disappointment, despite confirming a late checkout at 4 PM to accommodate my schedule and provide comfort for my elderly mother accompanying me, the hotel inexplicably evicted her from the room at 2 PM. Left with no choice, she found herself waiting at a nearby Starbucks for several hours until my meetings concluded. Efforts to address this with management were met with silence, further solidifying my discontent.
This experience has left me questioning the consistency of Marriotts service standards, which is a shame given my otherwise loyal patronage. The proximity to the airport, while convenient, hardly compensates for the lack of basic courtesy and respect for guest needs. I am now reconsidering my loyalty to the Marriott brand and advise potential guests to weigh their options carefully.

image ***SAFETY ALERT CAR THEFT AND VANDALISM *** I am a platinum elite member with Marriott and I stay in hotels 4 days every week of the year. This is the first hotel I have been to where safety is an issue for the valuables in your car! I read a review online where someones car got broke into at this hotel so I was hesitant but it was from a year ago and the front staff assured me they have security now so things are better. Well, that is not the case. There was a gentleman who I meet that had his gas tank drilled into while he was parked in the parking lot and he was having to have his car repaired, I was concerned at that point because I also had valuables left in my car so I was watching out the window and low and behind at 9:30pm at night a person riding a bike in all black with a hoodie on was looking in car windows and circling the parking lot. So I went and removed the items from my car and at 10pm the security showed up. I expressed to the security guard my concerns and he flat out told me he didnt care and was rude to me and my family. Now based on the other reviews the hotel is going to write me on here and apologize for not having a up to standards visit and that they really care about their customers and their safety. But I will tell you I heard the front staff tell the gentleman that got his gas tank drilled into that its not our responsibility and we are not liable. The person at the front desk I will say is very friendly thought and did a great job at handling the situation but they are just having to tell the customers what the owners rules are on the building. I am definitely filing a complaint with corporate on this building, as it has the potential to be great but something is lacking on the management side of things. Just to add to the situation I was given a room key to a room and when I walked in, it was already occupied by someone else and their luggage!! Needless to say we will never stay here again and will ensure that social media has a good understanding of what they are getting into when they choose to stay at this property.
Safety: Car vandalism and theft. States they have security but doesnt do anything. I am thinking the security might be in on the theft.
