Mattress and room: clean and modern
Room was on the street side, 28th, 3rd floor. The bus station across the street works all night. There was no way to block the noise and light, curtains were subpar.
The sounds of the busses backing up and the Emergency vehicles going to the closest hospital were really loud. Highway noise started picking up around 5:30.
I asked for a quiet room on a Sunday night and had the worst night sleep I could possibly imagine. When I booked over the phone I was was assured a quite room, and when I checked in I was assured a quite room
Front desk staff is tired and pretty clueless. The restaurant, bar and location are the draw.
ZERO room service, no fridge. Never again

An awesome place to stay near the Sutter Sacramento Hospital....within walking distance, great food and drinks too.With nearby Public Parking Space for $18 Whole Day
Rooms: Clean, Cozy and Relaxing
Walkability: 3 minutes walk from the Hospital Main Entrance
Food & drinks: Great Dinner and Bar

Was here on a work trip, rooms were very comfortable and super clean, staff is great day or night!! Low key spot that's in a decent location

Nice hotel room, service and location. We stopped here on our way to Arizona. We chose the location to show our granddaughter the capital of California. The hotel was a nice walk from the capital through a nice neighborhood of old houses.
Hotel staff was very nice. The only minor issues was that the room didnt have a mini fridge and the coffee maker was an oddly designed Kurig style machine. These were very minor inconveniences.
Walkability: Nice old neighborhood with many restaurant within walking distance.
