I was giving a room that is right next to construction. Only had a few hours of sleep and theres noises from every direction. It smells in the hallway, trash bags in every corner. Front door doesnt open properly, extremely dirty inside room. Not enough staff. This is the absolute worst hotel Ive ever been in. I was better off sleeping outside, Id get more sleep. I do not recommend this hotel at all. No stars.

Rooms were clean, but the bathroom had caulking and piping issues.

This is my second trip here. I ONLY came back because the manager was awesome and fixed my issues last time and ensured me they wouldnt happen again.
To no fault of the manager, here we are again! Same issues even more upset about this hotel!!!!
Last time I was charged on the site I booked and the hotel decided to charge my card for a stay that was already paid for. Spent hours fixing this situation.
1st stay. Moved to 3 different rooms.
This time I said please do not stick me near the freeway, as I cant sleep through that and boom, room 3114 right next to the freeway. Call downstairs ask to be moved, nope not one single room is available.
Take all my stuff outside and start looking for a new hotel. Hotel girl, same one that did this to me last time, calls and says she has a room for me.
Go inside and she asked if first floor is ok and I said it was not. Well the only other room is a 2 bed and we will need to charge you extra for that. Im so done and exhausted from traveling all day, I said just stick me in the one on the 1st floor.
Well Guest Services lady, I feel as if you intentionally put me in front of the SMOKING SECTION of the hotel! So now I cant open my blinds, and I have people outside my window!!!!!
Knowing someone is there for business and specifically said they go to bed super early and are a light sleeper, and these are your options? This is horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!
I absolutely LOATHE this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I wish there was a zero star option!!!!
I promise you I will not ever be back! Sadly Im stuck here for 2 more days!
