Extremely happy with the customer service! We had some hiccups along the way but within 30 minutes Kelly had us in a room! She went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful!!! Thank you Kelly!

This hotel is dirty. They have wet floor signs up everywhere, and mops buckets out but it is evident that the floors have not been cleaned in a very long time, both in the rooms and public areas. The house keepers did not have vacuums on their carts but sticky rollers instead. Why? The room I was in had crumbs on the floor, cob webs on the ceiling, dirt in the window sills. A tile kick board was broken laying in hall, the elevator started to move before the door was closed, furniture was stained with what I hope was old food. Elevator was filthy. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Someone from corporate needs to stay here because this is not at the Holiday inn standards. They still have the jenky covid glass at the front desk. If they want to keep the glass fine, but as you walk in it makes it look like a construction site. Maybe have it professionally done. I have stayed in holiday inn expresses all over, and have never worried about whether the sheets had been cleaned. But I was worried today. Shoe scuff marks on the ceiling, food splatters on the walls, dust bunnies in the vents. Literally heard what sounded like stomping all night long. The breakfast was fine, but have to admit I was worried, because of the state of the rest of the hotel.
Rooms: Dirty. Stains on furniture. Crumbs everywhere. Food splatters on walls. Were the sheets clean? One can only hope.
