Very unprofessional the representative that I spoke to by the name of Paul was running me over and would not even allow me to ask questions. Apparently they only offer one service for $200. This company does not care about customer experience they have somebody running the phones who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau as well. I got in touch with Pest Control Pros of Sacramento, California, to check for termites. I had already met them through a different buddy. They arrived right on time. Area was a localized spot. We talked about the available options and the cost before setting the treatment date. A technician arrived to address the issue. His work was meticulous. My satisfaction with their service was high.
