While the frames are made off-site so you can expect the same high quality at any of their locations - the staff at this location are top notch! They have worked with us on several framing projects, and have never disappointed. When the corner of a print they framed for us began to lift (due to how we stored the original, and not their work; protip: don't store prints rolled!), they took it and repaired it for us without additional charge. We have even had occasions where we were told of upcoming sales that would save us money rather than ordering immediately. The staff at this location are very focused on customer service and building a long term relationship, rather than making a quick buck like some other framing shops I've used in the past!

Good place to buy anything art related... Too bad they are closing store locations!
