Office manager Ben and tech JR will lie to your face in order to make money. I had a slide repair needed and was quoted 3.5 hours and it would be done the next day. JR also quoted me 2 hours of labor $300 to adjust another slide that I was concerned with. He told me it took 6 hours for another customers slide adjustment the previous week. I told him forget it. If it takes 2 hours to adjust a slide I'm very worried. I call the office the next day at noon and Ben tells me it would be another hour. I call back at 2 and Ben tells me it would be the following Mon or Tues. I asked what was going on. Ben talks to the tech JR and all I got was we ran into a problem. No explanation what it was. I call back at 2:30 to get clearification. I'm now being told my trailer will be ready in 30 min and to come down and pick it up. I check the repaired slide and it seems to work. JR tells me that he checked the other slide and it looked fine. Ben now trys to charge me for an extra half hour service and $72 for 8 bolts and a 5" by 8" piece of plywood. I pay for the repairs and leave. I get home and pull off the panels that cover my slide cable system. The cables on the repaired slide are loose and need adjusment. The other slide that JR said he checked, the chain is so loose it is sitting on laying on top of the slide. The cable is twised around and laying down. The outside top cable is sagging. There is a reason why I was able to get in the same day. No one wants them to work on thier rigs and I should have figured that out myself.
