Due to health regulations my time in this store was very brief, but Jeff and the store staff were very hospitable in allowing me to enter the store before a party with a reservation arrived.
I'm a novice at piano as I normally play horn and string instruments, and I have never been in a shop dedicated to the Piano. After Jeff heard me play for a bit he came over and introduced me to some of the more sophisticated pianos. After 15 minutes with Jeff walking me through a few different pianos he has opened my eyes to the possibilities of acquiring an instrument I never had seen as crucial to learning music theory and songwriting. The programs are awesomely sophisticated.
I'm invested to return as a customer in the near future, and I left with a smile and more knowledge than I had prior.

I cant recommend these guys enough! I worked with Jeff, and he was knowledgeable, personable, and made sure I didnt leave the store until I was satisfied and happy. My Yamaha digital piano was delivered the next day! Id write more glowing things about Music Exchange, but I have a new piano to play...

Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me through my questions and matched me with my perfect piano. Very friendly and polite. Really enjoyed the experience and came away feeling very confident of my purchase.
