I've rented a storage here before and staff was very friendly. Scott is such a sweetie and helped me through my rental process today. Today however, I encountered a worker named Ian and he was extremely rude. My grandma passed away this last month and a friend was calling me so I was on the phone. He came up to me and told me I was loitering which is unacceptable. I told him what I was doing and I have never experienced this.

Not in a good area but they make up for it with high security. Each unit is alarmed, double gates and staff lives on site. I appreciate you guys, just wish I could get a free month or some kind of a discount from time to time...
