      We specialize in creating unforgettable floral experiences in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Our shop is located just steps away from the State Capitol and many of Sacramento's finest hotels and event venues. We chose the Dutch word for flower (bloem) to honor Dutch heritage and to better describe our commitment to utilizing European techniques. For the last 18 years we have worked on building an elegant and creative flower shop, Bloem Decor, serving clientele ranging from heads of state to major national corporations.
