Our car was stolen. Weeks later it was found without a catalytic converter, tires or rims. It was towed to Cal Expo Towing and Repair. The owner and his son were very efficient, professional, and very compassionate of our situation. They waived a fee and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to comply with other fees to get our car out as fast as possible. They were able to get tires and rims for us from what they had available and also from reaching out to their business contacts to help meet our every need. Our situation was incredibly stressful and long to deal with until we were helped by these amazing humans. Thank you Cal Expo Towing and Repair! Your customer service is excellent both in-person and over the phone. Thank you for being courteous, super nice and for making us feel like we were talking to family. Seemed nice enough from the website, even though a bit outdated(hotmail?! Really?!?) but yeah, a bit outdated indeed. Didnt seem to know that trans people exist . Buuut they did get help with getting the needed items after the initial ID confusion
