I live in a very rural area..... they showed up at 9:15 at night and was just sitting in his car. I was already in bed since I wake up early.... I got out of bed and asked the person what they were even doing here, turns out the package was plenty small enough just to go into my mail box, yet they drove down my driveway at night in a unmarked vehicle..... screw that

I don't even want to give this company one star! The only reason I knew my package was delivered was my dogs started barking. I went out and the guy was still walking down my driveway, so I asked why he didn't ring my doorbell and his excuse was "It was against their policy as they have a do not disturb policy" So instead they are going to leave a package in plain view for someone to steal.

Tracking says package was delivered 4 days ago. Still haven't seen it and I'm very disappointed. This makes me not want to use Amazon. I would give no stars if that was an option.

I was extremely worried about having this company as my courier for an expensive item because this was the first time their service was utilized to deliver to my house, so I read tons of reviews, most of which were negative. My experience was completely opposite. So with all the negative reviews I found it absolutely necessary to post my postive review.
The expected by date was March 4th 10am, I received my package March 3rd around 4pm. They rang the doorbell and left the package right at my door. Very efficient, and very satisfied with their delivery. I won't be worried if my future packages are delivered by them.
To add on to this, because I was so worried, I sent an Email to Dynamex customer service before noon, and they called the number I provided right as the package showed up. So customer service is on point as well.
