My Mother received a Birthday arrangement that was half dead upon arrival. I have contacted Destiny Gifts 3 times by phone and twice by email. I have not received a return email or call back and it has been over a week. I cannot believe how unprofessional this establishment is. I would like to contact FTD or whatever company gave them the order but we don’t want the sender of them to know how truly bad they were. From seeing the other negative reviews I am surprised This company is still in business during these hard times !! I think I may contact the Better Business Bureau to see if they will pursue this with better luck.

Stayed away from this place they will send you dryed and dead flowers, plus you'll get you'll deliver when they feel they wanted. Flowers arrangements nothing to compare with the pics on ther website. A TOTAL SCAM.

Absolutely horrible. Relatives from Southern California sent flowers after my Mom died in November. They paid nearly $80 for the arrangement. It was worth maybe $15 and my 12 year old granddaughter could have done better. I went to their shop on Abbott street and they were not open however, there was someone there so she talked to me. Promised to have the owner call me. Of course it didn’t happen. NEVER AGAIN!! I will tell anyone who will listen DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!!

I'm really unhappy about the order i made, it wasnt what i expected, doesn't look like promotion theyre showing on the pictures.. they send a ugly flowers with vase and small basket doesn't look like it. the order was expensive... i had order some beautiful flowers and big basket different candy and cookies arrangements.. to bad i cant post pictures so u guys can see the differences... never again orderin there..
