Tope's Sustainable Garden Center

I bought over $4000 of landscaping supply from them , they sent me a tree from a different nursery that died within one week I told this information and they said oh dont worry about it. We will send out a new tree soon they promised, I was promised several times I would receive a new tree to replace the defective or disease tree-months later still calling and finally they replied back. They are not going to do anything to help me. I do not recommend them to anyone. They did not even offer to come out and help revive the dying tree or figure out what was wrong simply said, can I help you.

Update- we bought a few plants and soil and went after our backyard. It's still a work in progress, but 6 hours of labor makes for the start of an area where we can relax in. We'll be back to Tope's for more plants, garden items, as well as stone for the next project. Nice people, very helpful and understanding to what we are looking to do for our landscape needs. The owner was very kind in his generosity with the pumpkins as he offered our children one each.
