        The installer came on time. He carefully installed my dishwasher and made the changes to make my home code. He was great.

        So my installation window was scheduled for 2-6pm. I made sure I was home in time and then proceeded to sit and wait for 4 HOURS. Installer was supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to arrival and never did. The next day: no word from anyone. I called them the following day to find out what happened. 1st call: I am informed that the installer came at 1PM to install and I wasn't home. First of all, they were an hour early, never called to say they were at m y home or coming early, and there were 8 people in my backyard swimming, which they HAD to have heard. The person on the phone says "well, you know, sometimes they come early" and when I say that's bogus, that's what a delivery window is for, he disconnects me. 2nd call: I get disconnected again and the person can't seem to understand that the dishwasher was delivered but not installed. 3rd call: I finally get someone who helps me but find out I have to wait another 11 DAYS to get back in the schedule to have my appliance installed. So know i wait....with a giant box sitting and blocking my entryway. NOT HAPPY!
