        They were not helpful at all. We non opted our car and they suspended it now we have to go through a huge derailment of hoops not happy.

        The DMV employees here are terrible - although I suppose I didn't expect anything better. One spent 5 minutes trying to chat with me about my VW convertible with a line of people out the door. Another wouldn't let me retake my license picture even though my eyes were half-closed (I blinked during the photo - I couldn't keep my eyes open long enough for the slowest photographer in the tri-county area) I can't believe people would treat you this way in a small town.
