Very unprofessional. First, the phone was answered with just a hello. No no acknowledgement of the business. The I was placed on hold for a long time. The guy who answered the phone was rude, and opened with what do you need. I felt as if I was holding him up for something. Keep I'm mind that I was the one placed on hold. When I asked to get a quote, he sighed and just put me on hold again. Maybe he was having a bad day, or he thought I was someone else. Either way, it was poor customer service. This shop will never get my money.

The seats and carpet are amazing. The price was reasonable as well. I'm going to take my older ford expedition next

Ok so first off Mark knew I was bringing my car in at 10.00. He text me and tells me to leaves keys with Michael he is out getting parts. So I pull up and go inside and he knew nothing about it so I called Mark and he talked to him. So I give him my keys and this guy is higher then a kite. So I decided to wait until Mark came and I asked him what does Mark look like and what kind of car does he drive. He tells me you sure are nosey and if you dont like it take your keys and go somewhere else. Oh and he told me he didnt work there when I asked to see some of the cars they were working on. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT SERVICE! WHEN I LEFT THIS GUY GRABBED HIS CROTCH AND FLIPPED ME OFF HERE IS HIS PICTURE!!
