        They were nice , but when i got home my new apple11 was so slow i fell asleep. I told hom i never had a apple phone b4 . It seems like as soon as he got my money he was rushing me out the door. I also got 7th generation ipad. It did not work. Had no sim card or no Qr was given to me. I am very disappointed with the end result. Than i came to the store to return it and. he told me come back in the morning 10a.m. . I won't go to Sprint ever again
