Sharon Plache

Sharon is the one of the most amazing professionals working in the healing arts. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. My recent work with Sharon helped me clear years of old programming that I was unable to resolve until I worked with her. Sharon is kind, compassionate, supportive, and fun. You won't find anyone more qualified and more dedicated to helping people than she is. Sharon is such a gem. I highly recommend her.

Just after being struck by a ladder falling out of a truck in front of me, I twisted my ankle taking out the trash. Isn't that the way life goes? To say the least I have slight whip lash and a really sore foot. Therapy in the water with Sharon has been the perfect way to heal all my stiff muscles. With the weightless environment I can fully relax. Sharon then takes me into gentle stretches. I have more movement and healing safely. Thank you Sharon!
