We had a very nice experience at Sheraton! I had the opportunity to call the front desk....a couple times, LOL.
I would like to know if Kristol ever gets a day off, because she answered the phone each time I called and handled my small situation promptly!!! Thank you Kristol. Also kudos to the whole staff working the weekend of the 24th....all were polite and professional, I appreciate that. I look forward to my next stay at Sheraton!
