They are completely impersonal! I met one of their agents once, and was put off by how quickly they asked me to sign an agreement which felt like he was trying to trick me into getting locked in a contract. I chose another agency, but this company won’t stop calling and leaving voicemails, regardless of my many requests to be taken off their calling list. They are so impersonal that they have an automated pre-recorded message they send directly to your voicemail, AND when I do get a call from a live agent, they just hang up as soon as I ask to be removed from their calling list. SO glad I didn’t sign that contract and chose another agent!! Clients at John Reeves are definitely just a number for them, rather than a true client.

Our house-buying experience went from good to GREAT once we met Susan Green. She not only lead us through the house buying process, but also through the selling process - SIMULTANEOUSLY. In our situation, we were moving out of the suburbs and into the rural. We were looking for a place that perfectly fit our needs. Thanks to Susan, we found it. We recently moved to Menifee, California from Baja Mexico, and knew nothing about the area. Our goal was to find a home that we could afford and that had most of the things we wanted in making this big move. Susan Green at ReefPoint Realty was strongly recommended as a buyer's agent, and we were told that she was a real "fighter," especially for new buyers in this area. After contacting Susan and engaging her as our agent, we knew that the high recommendation was warranted. Susan went way beyond all our expectations in representing us, and we were not the customary buyer (we were insistent and picky!). She did everything we asked her to do and argued in our favor on every item that we felt was important. She put up with our many, many calls, emails and texts as we neared the purchase, always maintaining her friendly and totally professional attitude. We got the house we were after, which we feel that we would have missed without Susan's depth of knowledge and strength as our agent. If there were "Six Star" ratings available, we would give one to her; five stars would just not reflect how grateful we are for her stalwart efforts on our behalf. I am not much for words but the team at Reef Point were phenomenal in helping me find my first home.
