I tried to sell my home, For Sale By Owner (FSBO). That was a hassle. Potential buyers called all the time. I kept having to leave work to show the property. People brought me rediculous lowball offers. Brokers brought me offers and wanted the full commission on both sides of the transaction. I asked Bob to help me with the paperwork on one offer that I almost accepted. Bob looked at it and told me that the selling price was over $40,000 too low. Because he was a lawyer and knew the law, he was able to get me out of that bad situation. I then listed the property with Bob. He gave me a good deal. He took over the details and sold my property at a much higher price. The documents needed for escrow and the sale were overwhelming but with Bob's guidance we got through it. I wish I had started my home selling process with a professional like Bob rather than waste months of time and energy doing it on my own.

My wife and I found Bob Weaver with a Google Search because we needed an attorney to deal with a disreputable contractor that was trying to extort us for purported work he had done on investment real property we owned in San Diego. This legal work to stop this illegal activity was way beyond what we were expecting. He is good! At the time we lived in another state but we told Bob that we were going to move to San Diego and buy a new home.
