Sales representative Matt canceled our appointments twice with only one hour notice both times!! Very irresponsable and bad customer service!!
I told them if this is how you treat your customers then I don't want to do business with you!! Went with another company. I don't recommend Outdoor Elements! Don't waste your time with them!

We used Outdoor Elements to create a louvered overhang in our backyard. We love it! It's functionality is awesome, auto close, built in lighting, shade and sunshine at the touch of a switch. Jaime and his team did a precision job installing it, not letting anything pass that wasn't 100% perfect. Jaime
did an outstanding job for us. We would highly recommend Outdoor Elements and their team for a project like this. A big shout out to the entire company for ensuring our satisfaction 100%.
