Absolute best bolognese in San Diego! Lovely atmosphere... we'll be back!

Crazy, insultingly overpriced. We had a flavorless mushroom pasta for $30, a pretty good but not very hot lasagne for $30, a 1970's supper club quality meat and cheese plate (one processed Swiss cheese, stale tasting blue cheese crumbles, a pile of arugula, pimiento stuffed manzanilla olives (!), good sopressata, mediocre prosciutto and a bologna) for 2 for $20, and a very average Cesar salad. The wine list was exceedingly overpriced. They were "out" of the first 2 inexpensive ($55) wines we asked for. Out if principle (hate to buy into the "we're out of all the cheap stuff" routine), I finally ordered a bottle of Montalcino for $48. and it tasted like a $12 bottle of wine. We did not finish it. I don't mind spending $250 for a light dinner for 3 if it's great but this was ridiculous. Service was fine but one of those places where you felt like you were "taken." And I'm not talking Liam Neeson.
