The whole wedding day was magical, but it was made more so because we could relax and just enjoy it because we knew Kayla had everything under control. Clear communication leading up to, and during the event. Her calm and friendly demeanor made for excellent relationships with all of the vendors. Thank you, Kayla!!!

My husband and I couldnt be happier with our decision to use Kayla from simply gorgeous events as our wedding planner! After first meeting Kayla her professionalism and dedication to her work was obvious, but what my husband and I also appreciated was her calming and competent demeanor. As Im sure any engaged person knows even the thought of putting together a wedding can be stressful, so to have a planner who was so positive, attentive, and reassuring made the process of planning much more enjoyable! My husband and I would constantly bombard Kayla with our questions and concerns, and she was always available to offer her support and assistance. She really went above and beyond the role of a planner and was incredibly generous with her time, often speaking with my family states away, and frequently checking in with everyone involved in the wedding. Theres not a doubt in my mind our wedding would not have happened without Kayla and her phenomenal planning skills. From venue and vendor selection, to design and decor suggestions Kayla really did it all and exceeded our expectations in every way possible! Our wedding was more beautiful than we could have imagined and we owe it all to simply gorgeous events!

If you're reading this, you're more than likely planning your own wedding and you've quickly found out about the plethora of stressful variables that go into the planning process. That was exactly how my (new) wife & I felt going into our planning process especially with Covid looming over it the entire time. Not to mention, we had a destination wedding in La Jolla where we couldn't meet or see any of our vendors/venues/etc. I can't stress this enough when I say that Kayla was such a breath of fresh air into the entire process for us. From our first phone call, she immediately took my wife & I's stress from a 10 to a 3 by all of the in-depth questions she would ask us about our wedding. Questions that we wouldn't have even thought to ask each other regarding our vision for the day, operations, etc. Kayla is always extremely punctual, professional & just fun to talk to. She turned our stressful planning process into something that was genuinely fun to do. When it came to our actual wedding day, Kayla was FLAWLESS in her execution. She handled each & every one of our vendors with efficiency & precision and made sure everything was where it was supposed to be, at the exact time it was supposed to be there. It was so flawless in fact, that even our videographer came up to us that night during pictures and said "I don't think I've ever been to a wedding this perfect before." My wife & I, along with our guests, felt the exact same way. This is truly a testament to Kayla's attention to detail & sheer performance. She truly orchestrated a perfect day for us & I implore you to look no further if you are considering her as a wedding coordinator. The short story: Working with Kayla was an absolute dream and if you're reading this you should hire her immediately to plan your wedding! She is incredibly patient, kind and genuinely cares about her clients. The long story: We started working with Kayla back in 2019 and like most couples in 2020 had to postpone our original wedding date due to Covid. Postponing was an incredibly difficult and stressful process, but Kayla was super patient, supportive and answered our millions of questions. She made it as painless as possible and advocated for us every step of the way, making sure we felt comfortable in every decision we made. In 2021 when we resumed planning, she helped us back on track and helped us pivot to a more intimate affair without compromising our initial vision from 2019! We only saw a fraction of what Kayla and her team did behind the scenes the weeks leading up to and day of the wedding, but we are so grateful we had a planner as dedicated as Kayla was. Hire Kayla and you most definitely will not regret it!

I seriously couldn't have made it through my wedding without Kayla. Best decision we made was working with "Simply Gorgeous Events." We started working with Kayla before COVID in 2019 with our initial wedding date of August 2020. Kayla helped us navigate through two postponements and multiple vendor/venue changes. Kayla is kind, patient, dependable and very organized. I felt supported and confident knowing Kayla was on my team. Planning a wedding is stressful - add a pandemic on top and you might want to pull you hair out. If it weren't for Kayla, my husband and I probably would have canceled our wedding and eloped. I am so grateful to Kayla because we were finally able to have our long awaited, dream wedding in July 2021 - and it was better than we even imagined! Thank you Kayla for all of your support.
