Joseph Chang and the House of Qi helped me get out of pain and remain pain free! It wasn't just the work he did but the education he provided. It has been almost a decade since I moved from San Francisco but I will not forget the efforts he put into balancing my health. Thank You Joseph Chang.

I cannot stop to recommend the House of Qi - it just works, and fast! I've started going there because of a back injury after weight overtraining. 3 months after the injury and no more training, my back was still weak and painful. After 2 sessions, it felt a great deal better, after 4-5 times it was gone. Awesome service for a great price.

I feel a bit self-conscious about writing a review mainly, because I wonder whether anyone will believe it is true, because the effects of treatment are so pronounced. ~ ~ ~ This summer I had a number of treatments at House of Qi with Joseph Chang. The treatments involved acupuncture, manual stretching and stretching through yoga-like postures, suspension by springs, dietary counseling, and so on. I haven't seen any other medical practitioners. ~ ~ ~ I have had back problems for half my life, but returning home I found I could do things like running flat out that I haven't been able to do for years owing to back pain. I also felt half my age, with great energy levels. My back feels flexible and pain free, and I feel more coordinated. ~ ~ ~ Dr. Chang also explained stretching exercises I could do at home to maintain my good health when I am not in San Francisco and am unable to visit his clinic at House of Qi. I have installed a yoga sling from Yoga Props and suspended it with springs from Pilates and a leg attachment with its own springs at my home.
