Overall it was the best place for me to start my recovery, nearly everyday was enjoyable and everyday had new ideas and realizations that helped me understand the reasons behind my using and actions that led me there. Its been an insightful experience to start getting to know myself without using drugs.

My experience at Elevate was the best experience I have had out of all the 4 Treatment Centers I have been to. The Staff was very supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. I felt like everything I did here was important to my sobriety in one way or another. I have felt like I have gained confidence, motivation, and tools I will use from here on out. I leave this program being optimistic and proud of myself, which is something I have not felt in a very long time.

I received everything that I wanted to receive. The education block was perfect with Shauna and Liz helping me every time I was stuck or didn't think something applied to me. Nick and Bryant helped me see some things I was doing/saying that were against my own values and really helped open my mind up to better communication. I don't get impressed with food easily but Ryan and Ali put their heart and soul into whatever they make and I can tell, give them a raise! Rafael went above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I could ask for and if the answer was that he couldn't, he did a great job giving me a reason why something could not be done or provided, very professional of him. Rachel the yoga instructor made me enjoy yoga and actually consider it when I am back home, great job with her classes. I am excited to start the aftercare program with Justin and I feel it will absolutely keep me moving in the right direction.

It taught me a lot about myself and how to take responsibility for my actions. It also helped me notice behaviors that can lead to relapse that I can keep an eye out for.
