Gosh, people complain too much about everything. Looks like there isn’t anything to satisfy them in this world. They can only see the bad part, never the good ones. If 99 times was everything ok, but just 1 was not, is reason to say bad comments. Put their shoes on, many stressed people are coming everyday to all banks making their lives impossible and giving them a very bad day. I’ve been there almost every month for long but very long years, never had bad experience, actually had very good ones!!!

I come to this BOA because it's a block away from my job, so it's convenient. BUT every time i do come is just to make a deposit to my landlord because he does not do online banking. The guy teller, i don't even know his name, is always rude, and he is always telling me that i can do this transaction online, I always look at him and say " i know" . i know it's your job to suggest it but you don't have to sound annoyed for people coming in, idiot.
