Went to take passport photos at this branch. In store experience was smooth enough, most staff were friendly. However, I never received the digital copies of my photos as requested so I called to ask them about it. No one answered the phone in photo department so I was transferred to a store clerk. The store clerk was clueless about what I was talking about so she transferred me to her manager. The manager was very rude and cut me off as soon as I mentioned the word photo and said "hold up, this is not the photo department" and put me on hold again. Waited for about 3 minutes on the phone and nothing happened and everything just went radio silence.

Pharmacy refused to look up my insurance info without PCN, which is not on my insurance card. No pharmacy has ever done this before. They wouldnt look up my GRP number or RX bin. Pharmacist was rude and confrontational when I tried to ask why

I tried to call them to ask the pharmacist a question about my medication. I was put on hold for over an hour and when they answered they immediately hung up on me.
