Akina M. Is very reliable supervisor. She is one of the best staff in dealing with clients and caregivers needs. Very understanding and works hard for everyone.

Aki has been my staffing manager for several years she has been consistently attentive to any concerns I may have as well as the needs of the clients. Aki Magpayo, shes an excellent staffing manager we make a great team because we always focused on providing quality services with a heart. Making sure that our Clients will have the experience of excellent care.

I have been in the employ of The Key Organization for four years as a CNA Care Provider supporting San Rafael, California for a year. Working with Akina, Denise and Nicole has been amazing. Communication is very important and I never feel like I'm left in the dark where it pertains to assignments or expectations. Akina is passionate and trust worthy, her professionalism is displayed always. She is a hard-working person and goes above and beyond for her caregivers and her clients. I worked with Denise on two occasions, for different key branches. Denise is fair and honest and won't set you up for failure. I have noticed and seen the placements and connections are bigger to her than just filling a spot. Collectively, Denise and Nicole Akina are excellent with placing caregivers with the right kind of client. Akina Denise and Nicole will work after hours to staff a case for her client. They always keep me actively working with long-term clients and set me up for successful outcomes with each and all of my assignments. They are very understanding about my work availability and quick to problem-solving, all issues and concerns. They have educated me so much and I have benefited her as I have worked with them. During a really difficult hospice case, Nicole coach me through and prepared me for the transitioning to the end of life stage with a client. I had to drive an hour and a half home and I didn't know how I was going to get home safely. But Nicole stayed on the phone with me for awhile and I made it home safely. They all have been very supportive and I enjoy working for The Key.
