Extraordinary customer service near the end of a workday. We got something notarized and we got a one man show.

We've used them for finger printing service and they have been rude to our clients and also never answer their phone. Also forget about getting anything notarized the lady is never there. The owners are rude and make you feel like you are bothering  them because you asked them for help. Do not recommend.

Maybe due to its location in the Financial District, this store has a very cramped space, with packages piled up everywhere. The staff is fast, but unable to give friendly customer service possibly because there is always heavy workload.
It's not uncommon for the printer and other equipment to break down. Therefore, do expect that there are times when they cannot give receipts.
Not a great place, but it does the job.
