JINS Union Square

Really disappointed because I love this brand so much.... The last two times I've come in all of the associates have been standing in front of the front table talking with each other..... I asked if I could look at glasses where they were standing and they looked at me like I was rude and then they moved without asking if I had questions or needed help. I couldnt find the pair I was looking for so I did go back to the group that was still talking to each other and asked if they had the pair I was looking for... Again they looked at me like I was interrupting their fun and then said " if it's not out here we don't have it" and went back to talking and laughing with each other.... I hate when I'm just trying to get some help and I feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees.... Major bummer

This is a super late post but this place deserves high praise. Staff was friendly and patient with recommendations. Left this place with a new pair of glasses (in an hour!) that get me compliments all the time. Great experience, professional and friendly.
