NYS Collection Eyewear

What A racket. I bought a pair NYS Glasses at a mall kiosk for my son for Christmas and the salesperson does not inform us that there are no returns, even though he knew it was a gift. My son hates them. The salesperson puts my receipt in my bag after purchase, so I don't see until I get home that there is no return and $18.95 to exchange. I'm frustrated,  but try to make peace with that, thinking I could get frames maybe for my prescription, only to find the Saturday after Christmas that the Kiosk no longer exists. There is no phone number or any way to exchange these so I am out $115.00 now.

IF YOU ORDER THEIR SHADES ONLINE OFF THEIR WEBSITE YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING! (Only if you don't like them of course!)But, if you walk into a kiosk like this one....Well you can just physically return them if they don't work for you! I had to learn this the hard way. *** Nice shades!! ***Pssss.... They have a Amazon Store! (Free Returns!)

Not recommending at all. Terrible quality of glasses even though it's polarized and have UV protection. My eye just suffering in sunny days. There is no RETURN policy soDon't waste your money.

Do not buy here ....they do not verbally state when you purchase a pair of glasses that there are no refunds ....but sneak it onto the email receipt that they send you later. I bought a pair of $80 sunglasses and went to return them 10 minutes after and they would not allow a return. Who doesn't do refunds anymore?? It is not posted anywhere and is not verbally disclosed either. Very shady as far as I am concerned.
