        Your boss is so friendly but your employee working in this store is horribly rude. We were doing a survey of employees working in The Castro and we got very rudely told no in the meanest way possible. To be told passive aggressively that our survey was not worth any of your time was a total letdown considering we are working on improving the lives of your customers and employees overall. Your boss of this store was amazing. But the cashier working under him was a total jerk.

        While in the Castro I stop by to look and brouse and have bought items. Great staff and items not to expensive. Mainly I enjoy coming in to see what is new or I might need.
