Wooding Heating and Cooling

After dealing with another company who just took our money without diagnosing the problem, Wooding Heating and Cooling seemed like a saint. Our heater stopped working, and they were able to bring someone out the next day. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, explained the problem to me clearly and was very articulate -- evidence to me that he had a deep understanding of his expertise. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Wooding Heating and Cooling is awesome again! Yesterday, they replaced the HVAC at my parents place. The technicians could not have been nicer and more professional. They arrived before our scheduled time and were ready to go immediately. They worked all day (the old system was big and onerous and we also replaced the water heater) and patiently explained the new system and thermostat and did not leave until all of my questions were answered. I will never use any other company.

I like the quality of work and I like the offers which are very reasonable for the service provided. Our a/c decided to break at 6 pm on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Luckily Wooding Heating and Cooling has an on call technician that was able to come to our aid as we had a young child and very pregnant woman living in the house. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and we only plan to use Wooding Heating and Cooling for our future a/c questions/concerns and upgrades.

It has been a pleasure working with this company! We are part of the program that conducts regular check-ups of our heating and cooling systems and covers problems that may arise. Everyone who has come to do these inspections is polite, respectful of our home, and does a really good job of communicating their arrival, plan and departure. Working with the office on scheduling and payments has been a breeze, too. Simply the best!!
