They came out and did a good job initially. However, when I called for them to install the new dish washer no one called me back!! I even texted an no reply.

When I called I was told that someone would be here between 4-6PM. I was about to call their dispatch @ 5:55 when their technician, Miguel, called asking for my location within the building since he was trying to park. (He'd been driving in traffic across town during "rush-hour".) He looked at the fridge and immediately diagnosed it as likely requiring a defrost cycle and recommended I store everything in a cooler and let it sit overnight unplugged. A drain had been likely clogged when the base freezer cabinet on my french style fridge had been left open once too many times, resulting in frozen condensation clogging the drain. The charge for the visit was very inexpensive. If I have continued/additional problems I will call them again.

I am very thankful to that guy for that he repaired my fridge. I do not know what the problem was but in the end result I have a working refrigerator and I do not need to buy another one which is great. Thank you very much for the service.

This one is to say thank you to everyone at Good Guys Appliance Repair for the great work you guys did on our refrigerator, my dad wanted me to say a few good words so here it is, thanks and keep it up!
