1. There is another store selling purified water literally 500ft away with much cheaper price at 25 cents per gallon, comparing to 35 cents here. 2. The store is "never" open (open 11am, close at 6pm, even shorter time on weekends), so you'll have to pay cash to use the vending machine. Therefore it's not a good idea to buy their store credit which is only usable inside the store. 3. The owner was very rude, when I asked if I can use my store credit to buy more bottles (not even refund). I then tried to negotiate saying that I've been loyal for more than a year, but hardly used the store credit (~10% of $30 for an entire year) because the store hour doesn't mach my work hours. The owner, don't know why, said she can refuse to serve me. What??? I'll try to finish my store credit and never look back again. PS. the competitor store is right around the corner next to Safeway.
