Worst experience ever with them, I am constantly unable to get my appointments with dr cheema considering hes only available once a month! Then the front desk Rachael claims that hes to booked to see me and I would have to wait another month. I recently got a new set of invisalign and she made my appointment with a different doctor so I can be seen quicker and the invisalign hadnt even been in office and I had to have them shipped again.

horrible office and staff. they often forget about you and you constantly have to contact them for everything. They often offer to transfer you to another office back and forth.

WORST OFFICE EVER. the back staff is great, i came in for a consultation for braces the invisalble ones and wanted to start very badly until my experience with the front staff. Racael is very rude and unhelpful as I was sitting waiting I could here her talking to the other girl claiming they were trying to transfer all patients to another location slowly since the office I did my consultation in wasnt making money and would be closing shortly. When getting prices they were very pushy and I had mentioned saturday appointments but they said those are only in los gatos and I would have to pay a 1000$ transfer fee. I asked about transferring prior to starting but they said no since l have a file here now . Due to all this I did not start treatment nor do I plan to. But like I said back staff was great.

Having Invisalign done on my teeth. Very happy. Friendly front desk staff and competent dentists. Highly recommend.

Not good. Been going here for Invisalign for a few years. Last time the receptionist was rude to my husband. The dental assistant asked me what was wrong, assured me there would be no repercussions if I confided in her, so I told her. Now I cant get anyone to return my phone or text messages.
