I understand dry cleaning takes awhile, I get that. People might have life in the way too, sure. But a job is a job, and when you say you'll get something done, your customers expect it to be done. I gave them two days to alter a dress, and when I came to pick it up they weren't even started. She said come back in five hours or the next day. I came in the next morning and the lady at the front told me to come back in an hour and it would be done. She told me she still hadn't started. Maybe she's got some difficulties running this business, or maybe she has other life duties in the way, I don't know. But when it comes to a point where you say "pick it up in two days," and I come in those two days and a day extra later and you still haven't started, then I'm gonna say that you need to really take a closer look at your business practices. I came in the day after it was due, and I was hoping I could pick up my package and be done with it, but when I stepped in she said she still hadn't started it. I'm sitting here, an hour and a half later, and she's thankfully working on it now. People come in and look for their dry cleaning but there's always "complications." "Come in another hour, come tomorrow, come a little later, give me till 2'o clock...etc." The excuses and delays just keep coming. Bottom line: Expect your job to be late, and expect to pick it up at least a day after it's due. I'd like to think that I'm a reasonable person, and a good customer, but when your business with me ends up being delayed three days late and no progress done, then I think it's justified that I've got a bit of a problem here. She got the job done, and the quality is decent, but in terms of timing don't expect it to be on time.

Had my clothes picked up at work, washed and folded and dropped off at work promptly the next day. there was a moment when the kind man was trotting off with bags of my clothes when i thought for an instant...what if he doesn't come back?? but he did and now i am sooooo happy.
