        I have used Flower Decor for the last 20 years for my wedding flowers, funeral flowers, holidays and  various occasions ( birthday, graduation, valentine, new baby, or visiting someone at the hospital). It is my to-go place for flowers. The owner, Duc, made the flower himself. He is in this business for 30+ years. He made very beautiful flowers. He is very straight forward guy, so you can't bargain here, but you paid for his high quality art work. My friend once go with a slightly cheaper flower store to begin with, but the price creep up when they added ribbon this and that, and they ended up with a few cents cheaper but they did not like their flower. In short, Flower decor's price is comparable to other places in San Jose but I have to say they always delivers a much better quality flowers and services.
