        Bad owner, unfriendly and barely speaks a word of english. Hours were wrong when I first visited. I do not recommend this shop due to rudeness of the owner.

        By far the worst service ever I sent my daughter flowers from Visalia to San Jose my daughter received completely something different according to what I had purchased I tried to reach out by email and by phone and never did I receive a phone call back till this day have not got an answer

        The flowers I ordered from here for my niece's birthday were exceptional. They went above & beyond what I expected. The flowers were fresh and very reasonably priced. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful.Thank you Best Floral for making her day extra special.
