I contacted Rob through a neighbor for advise on ongoing construction. My previous contractor made a mistake while framing the floor and Rob advised me on how to deal with the situation. Rob had been kind enough to spend time on phone with me, advising me what to do, in the middle of his busy schedule. Rob is extremely experienced and has done several of home construction projects. We recently had R & R Development remodel our master bathroom, and they did an exceptional job! This was a challenge since it has become difficult to obtain all the building material in a timely manner, but R&R was very good about keeping us updated throughout the process. Bob, the site manager, was very responsive and worked through several issues we had. One of these involved our sub-floor that had more damage than was expected. Their craftsmen, Sergio, skillfully removed the affected sections and did an excellent job of inserting the new subfloor. I worked at NASA for a number of years on space flight projects, and Sergio is as skilled as any of the mechanical engineers I worked with. The other R & R workers who supported this project were professional, courteous, and skilled as well as the sub-contractors they used. The takeaways for R & R Development are as follows: They were very good at communicating project status. They have a skilled staff and use expert sub-contractors. They are able to problem solve issues on the spot. They are very price competitive. Not only would I highly recommend them, but I am having them remodel another bathroom for us. They are now our “go-to” contractor. We've used R&R Development for three projects: they remodeled the kitchen in our 1910 Craftsman Cottage, added a new bathroom, and remodeled the existing bathroom. Each project was executed with the utmost attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and quality materials. Bob, the project manager, kept us apprised of daily progress, let us know which subcontractors were going to show up the next day, and made sure that the work was completed according to their standards, as well as ours. Most importantly, they kept the worksite very clean, which was so important since we lived in the home while the work was being done. I would recommend R&R to anyone (and have!) doing a home remodel or building project. I plan on working with them again for future projects.

These are my go-to guys! This team has experts in tile, flooring, electrical, cabinet, countertops - there's nothing they can't do. I had new engineered flooring installed in my downstairs two years ago and Brent was my expert. Brent has the skill and expertise and was actually more particular than me. I recently had 2 of my bathroom vanities redone and my master bath completely redone. I also had flooring redone in all three bathrooms and Brent did an excellent job installing the luxury vinyl flooring. I also had a ceiling fan installed in my bedroom and bathroom lights replaced with LEDs. The team made sure the area was clean before leaving each day and removed all debris. I only wish I had known about R&R when I had my kitchen updated 4 years ago! Rob, Bob, Sergio, Brent, Doug, Dane - I love these guys! Excellent pricing and extremely trustworthy.
