        John was a great agent for us for a long time, but after a while I found it was very difficult to get in contact with him. When I could get a response from him or his staff, he was great.State Farm was, however, price gouging us on a level that is astounding.  I've switched away from them and am now paying literally 80% less per month with my new (major brand) insurance provider for the same level of coverage on the same vehicles.Whether that was John or State farm I'm not sure.
